This is a stylized view of the vines in my garden. I used
lp-Mandelbrot Newton Mix as general formula, varying
locations, angles and magnitudes. I used as coloring methods
dmj-Orbit Trap for the foliage and trellis, mt-Tangent Circles
for the grapes and lkm-Gaussian Integer for the purple haze in
the background. I used also an alpha channel with different
degrees of opacity, to soften the
density of the trellis and curls (same layer for both) and retain
only a significant and suggestive part of them. Rendering has been
done with anti-alias on.
