History Durante 1997, alguien en la lista de correos FractInt sugirió la realización de un concurso. Varios voluntarios se ofrecieron para preparar el sitio y manejar el concurso. Participaron cerca de cincuenta personas, y la mayoría de ellas se divirtió mucho. Éste fue el Concurso FractInt '97.      La idea de un concurso surgió nuevamente el verano pasado, pero el ámbito del mismo se expandió para incluir todos los generadores de fractales (no sólo FractInt) y mucha más gente participó. Nuevamente fueron voluntarios quienes hicieron posible el concurso. Éste fue el Concurso de Arte Fractal '98.      El concurso de este año está moldeado conforme a los dos anterioress, y posiblemente será mayor que cualquiera de ellos. las reglas se discutieron en una lista pública (Fractal-Art) y nuevamente todo está hecho por voluntarios.
